Earth Series: Bikram-90, Bikram-60
Stability & Fundamental
The Earth Series consists of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises.
This series is based on traditional hot yoga and consists of 26 fundamental postures from Bishnu Ghosh’s 84 Asanas and teach via Bikram’s Method. This sequence offers beginner and advanced students alike the opportunity to explore both standing and floor postures, building flexibility and strength in both body and mind. Consistent and intelligently aligned practice will help bring an over-all sense of calmness into all areas of your life.
The 26 postures systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all system to a healthy working order. Just like the Earth element, the Bikram series represent stability and fundamental yoga principal for beginners. The order of the anasas never changes. The postures are performed in the heated room up to 104°F with a humidity of 40%.

Water Series: Core30
Fluidity, Adaptability, Power, Strength.
The Water Series consists of 30+ Bishnu Ghosh’s 84 Asanas, adapt and teach via Tony Sanchez’s Method. This series is an invigorating, refreshing and uplifting class consisting of 30 plus dynamic postures of Bishnu Ghosh’s 84 asanas. This class incorporates and builds upon the fundamentals of the Earth Sequence. In the Water series, in addition to traditional asanas, breath control is emphasize in this series. Breathing is one of the most important elements–some would argue that it’s the most important element–of a yoga practice, but for many of us, it is among the hardest to master. The Water Series will Test your balance, core & strength to energize, engage and enlighten because anything is possible! This series is performed in a room at 90 degrees F and 30% humidity with 60 minutes duration.

Fire Series: Core40
Dynamic, Strength, Creativity.
The Fire Series consists of 40+ Bishnu Ghosh’s 84 Asanas, adapt and teach via Tony Sanchez’s Method. This is a whole body work-out and work-in. This series will encourage you to explore your ability to cultivate your intention in the warm up series as you move to build your focus and alignment in the balancing series. The sequence progresses to the floor; strengthening the spine, opening the hips and stretching the whole body while strengthening the abdominals. This sequence although intermediate in nature is open to all levels of practitioners. The sequence will complement any daily yoga practice and at the same time will help you bring more awareness to your alignment, weight distribution and breathe control. This series is performed in a room at 90 degrees F and 30% humidity with 90 minutes duration.

Hot Vinyasa flow
Hot Vinyasa Flow is a unique grouping of postures connected by breath. This class provides a total body workout as every muscle group is touched. What separates Hot Vinyasa Flow from the other flow classes is that no class is ever exactly the same. Muscle confusion and exposure to lots of different kinds of postures furthers the skill set of the practice and well as allows for creativity of flow. All levels of this class are offered but every class at every level is shown modifications as well as ways to go further and deeper. Not only is Hot Flow challenging but also fun! It will change your body from the inside out. This series is performed in a room at 104 degrees F and 40% humidity with 75 minutes duration.

Barr Fusion
Bar Fusion incorporates strength training with yoga, pilates and ballet-inspired barre exercises, resulting in stronger, longer and leaner muscles. This challenging workout targets the thighs, butt, abdominal, back and arms. This series is performed in a room at 80 degrees F and 20% humidity with 60 minutes duration.

QiGong
Beginning QiGong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions. QiGong is performed in a room at 80 degrees F and 20% humidity at 60 minutes duration.
