MARCH 17 – 7:30PM-9:00PM SOUND VIBRATION THERAPY
Experience the ancient sound-healing practice. This special event will present a combination of the powerful sound of Gongs, Singing Tibetan Bowls and magic Quartz Crystal Singing Pyramids.
SPRING BREAK – KIDS AERIAL YOGA
Looking for fun thing to do for kids during Spring Break? Join our Spring Break Aerial Yoga classes for Kids. April 2 through April 5.

4 PART AERIAL YOGA IMMERSION WORKSHOP
Love aerial yoga, but you’re getting bored with the fundamentals class? Tried the fundamentals class, but it was too hard? You’re flowing fine, but you’re ready for some advanced moves? This workshop is for ALL of you! In four parts, we’ll progress from the very basics of the poses to some fully fledged flight tricks! Each miniseries lasts 75 minutes so that there is plenty of time to break down each posture and answer questions. Sign up for one, two, three, or all four! You MUST register in advance.
FEEL GOOD FRIDAY HOT YOGA CLASSES
This is a 75 minutes heart felt practice – designed for beginners. We focus on basic postures, body alignment through different styles of yoga such as Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Flow. Class will be lead at a slower pace. Included with Cary Hot Yoga’s Membership.
LADIES NIGHT OUT – BEGINNER AERIAL YOGA
Have fun with friends while learning basics of Aerial Yoga.
This class is a chance for adventurous women to get together for a fun-filled workshop where we explore the basics of aerial silks.
DATE NIGHT – COUPLES RESTORATIVE AERIAL YOGA

COLLEGE NIGHT OUT – BEGINNER AERIAL YOGA
Before heading out to town for a fun College Night Out, make your first stop at Cary Hot Yoga for a one hour of Beginner Aerial Yoga.
PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS
Beginners can avoid feeling overwhelmed and uncomfortable by taking private lessons to get started. Injuries and health concerns can make a normal yoga class impractical for some participants.
