Cary Yoga League

Cary Hot Yoga would like to announce the Cary Yoga League for fun, prizes and a little competition! The league will be comprised of teams, captains, yogis, and prizes! The initial game will start on May 15th 2016 with a goal of having a new game every month. Each game will have a set of criteria defining the goals, rules, and prizes.

The Oldest Yogi? 105 years Old and Still Kicking!

He’s not a typical 105 year old man! Watch Swami Yogananda Maharaj – born in 1908 in Madhya Pradesh, India.
He teaches up to 4 classes a day at The Himalayan Yoga Academy, and according to his colleagues, is the picture of health. Supposedly he has never taken any form of alopathic medicine.
