The Australian called it “A walk about”, the Vietnamese called it “Walking without a purpose”, the Japaneses called it “Shinrin-yoku Forest Therapy”. They all have the same concept: Go to a Forest, Wood, Park (places with many trees, plans). Walk. Breathe. Open all your senses. This is the healing way of how our body release stress when just simply being out in nature.
