HOT BIKRAM-90 – BIKRAM METHOD

90 minutes – Beginner – Advanced.
Bikram Method

The Original Bishnu Ghosh Yoga BIKRAM-90 Classes are for ALL LEVELS. This class consists of 26 therapeutic posture and 2 breathing exercise done in a heated room of 105 degrees and 45 to 50% humidity. The postures are intended to be beginner postures, however, with regular practice the postures become more advanced to meet you where you are. In each class you will find beginner up to advanced practitioners. This practice is designed to balance every system, gland and organ in the body; it will change your body from the inside out.

All classes are taught by certified and experienced teachers. Teachers don’t practice when teaching Bikram-90. Dialogue with step-by-step instructions allowing student to progress on his or her own time.

No yoga experience s necessary. It is a great regular practice for everyone, no matter what your physical condition.

HOT BIKRAM-60 – BIKRAM METHOD

60 minutes
Beginner – Advanced
The perfect option for early birds or lunch time! This 60 minute class includes a slightly varied series of the BIKRAM-90 to allow you more time in your day outside of yoga. Expect all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Some poses will only be done once. Others will be sequenced together.

All levels! No experience necessary!

HOT BIKRAM-SILENT

75 minutes
Not for New Students – Should have minimum of 10 Bikram Classes

This class is based on the original Hot Bikram-90 minutes. With or without music.
It is a Silent class, everyone moves together without instruction from the teacher. Perfect way to end your week and start your weekend!
Base on students’ experience, the second set might be done with more challenge posture.

GHOSH’S INTERMEDIATE (BIKRAM INTERMEDIATE)


1 hour & 30 minutes – No Beginners
Dynamic, Strength, Creativity.
The Warm-90 consists of 40+NBishnu Ghosh’s 84 Asanas based on Tony Sanchez’s method. This is a whole body work-out and work-in. This series will encourage you to explore your ability to cultivate your intention in the warm up series as you move to build your focus and alignment in the balancing series. The sequence progresses to the floor: strengthening the spine, opening the hips and stretching the whole body while strengthening the abdominal. This sequence is recommended for intermediate level practitioners who are already familiar with the Bikram-90 minutes class. The sequence will complement any daily yoga practice and at the same time will help you bring more awareness to your alignment, weight distribution and breathe control.

Not suitable for new students – Must familiar with Bikram-90 minute sequence.

BIKRAM-60 & THERAPEUTIC BALL MASSAGE


1 hour & 30 minutes
Beginners + Intermediate + Advanced
Pop Up class – On the schedule Once A Month

Class include 60 minutes of BIKRAM Yoga and 30 Minutes of guided for self massage using therapeutic massage balls. The goal ball massage is to achieve a “release” by applying just the right amount of pressure: enough to do some good, but not enough to irritate your nervous system.

60 Minutes

Beginners + Intermediate + Advanced
For Moms (or Dads) with young kids! A 60 minutes of BIKRAM yoga with babysitter service available.
