Use active stretching and Classical Pilates exercises to elongate and tone from head to toe. This class is lower impact, but will still challenge your body for a good workout. Mat Pilates exercises for core and hips, along with resistance bands to mimic Pilates on the Reformer. Class includes moderate and low impact cardio intervals to rev up your metabolism. A great total body class for all levels!
