This New Year, at Cary Hot Yoga, we’re helping you keep those resolutions by giving you plenty of reasons to unroll your mat and get moving.

If the new year rolls around and you’re ready to swear off alcohol, chocolate, and bread… for life, you’re not alone. It’s totally normal — and really exciting — to create health resolutions following the over-indulgent holiday season. This year, instead of giving up on your goals two weeks in, commit yourself to a 3 month weight loss program with us. We will create your personal exercise routine which include various yoga, Pilates, restorative, aerial yoga and speed walking. So you’ll never get bored. We will track your progress. Starting this year, we are excited to incorporate healthy cooking lessons, courtesy from UNC Rex Healthcare & Deniz Ender. Deniz’s upcoming class “Healthy Cooking from the Mediterranean Coast” is on January 24th from 5PM at 4420 Lake Boone Trail. Cost $20/person. Register on UNCRex Healthcare website.

The 30 Days of Yoga Challenge is your ultimate guide to getting on track with a daily practice. You can create your own challenge (4 yoga per week, 20 yoga per month etc.)
Just like New Year’s Resolutions, completing a yoga challenge is no easy task. The best way to stay motivated and accomplish your goal is to have a strong “Why”. Why do you want to complete the challenge? What motivates you to practice every day for an entire month?

If you are motivated to lose weight and improve your health then integrate 60-minute or 90 minutes of hot yoga (Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Pilates, Restorative, Aerial Yoga) at least 4+ days per week.
