ROCKET VINYASA SERIES
Rocket Vinyasa Yoga was created by changing the Ashtanga Yoga Sequence as a blend of simple to advance poses in one practice. Rocket Vinyasa Yoga blends poses from all The Ashtanga Yoga series, so a yogi can experience a broader range of poses in one week. Each series focuses on targeted body strength and flexibility.

INFERNO HOT PILATES
Inferno Hot Pilates is an exercise system used to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Hot Pilates uses Pilates Principles, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and Tabata Training. Exercises are performed on a mat. The Hot Pilates system includes exercises for every part of the body and applications for every kind of activity.
This is a one-hour class. On the schedule in November for:

But the fact remains, many of us spend hours sitting in front of our computers and hunched over our mobile phones and tablets, and the repetitive movement patterns these digital devices demand can cause hips, neck and shoulders strain. Unraveling tension from hips, neck and shoulders with this yoga sequence. Learning to move in ways that realign our postures helps release that tension and promotes more functional movement patterns. Also great for athletes of all sport disciplines.
