Join us with a one hour candle light Yoga Medley Class! Including 20 minutes vinyasa flow warm up, lead by our teacher Quinn; 20 minutes of floor Bikram, lead by Adrian; and 20 Minutes restorative, lead by William.

We will meet at SPIRIT after class (8:30pm-ish) for social event.
Open to public. Suggest $5 donation. All money will go toward appetizers for the party.

Rocket Yoga, lovingly referred to as ‘The Rocket’, is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. Rocket Yoga is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice of yoga.[1] It is combined with and restructured from the Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as key postures from the 3rd and 4th advanced series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The Rocket is also divided into a series of three: Rocket I, Rocket II and Rocket III. Each series focuses on targeted body strength and flexibility. Baby Rocket is an intro class to Rocket. It will prepare you for the fun transition into Rocket I. One Hour Class.

Hot Pilates is an exer­cise sys­tem used to strengthen mus­cles, increase flex­i­bil­ity and improve over­all health. Hot Pilates uses Pilates Prin­ci­ples, HIIT (High Inten­sity Inter­val Train­ing), and Tabata Train­ing. Exer­cises are per­formed on a mat. The Hot Pilates sys­tem includes exer­cises for every part of the body and appli­ca­tions for every kind of activity.
