BIKRAM & THERAPEUTIC BALL MASSAGE – POP-UP CLASS
Do you struggle with overly tight muscles? Are you feet tired a lot? Do you have excess tension in your hips, legs, or back? Then this class is for you!
Introducing new class format which includes 60 minutes of classic Bikram 26 postures followed by a 30 minutes guided for yoga therapy massage balls. Therapy Balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas.
The goal ball massage is to achieve a “release” by applying just the right amount of pressure: enough to do some good, but not enough to irritate your nervous system.
Ultimately, this means that you’ll move better, recover faster, perform better and have less pain so that you can continue to be active and do what you love to do.
