CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY FOR A WHOLE WEEK
We will celebrate International day for the whole week from June 1rst to June 30th. Bring your friends, relatives to come out and try various classes we offer at Cary Hot Yoga: Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Pilates, Aerial yoga, Restorative Aerial. All classes during these days are $10 drop in (or CHY membership applied) – Excluding Aerial Yoga for Ladies Night Out
AERIAL YOGA FOR TEEN
Learn new skills this summer while having fun at the same time. Beginner Aerial Yoga for Teen
TUE from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
AERIAL YOGA PLAY
Discover an expressive and playful way to work out on “silk” hammocks. Elevate your heart rate in a playful way and deepen your body connection through dynamic movement, hammock tricks, and conditioning. Develop arm and core strength, coordination, and grace.
Some experience with fundamentals of Aerial yoga is a plus. Must have strong core and strong upper body strength.

AERIAL SPINAL DECOMPRESSION
Inversions on the floor can be a little more challenging. As long as the asanas are done safely and correctly, the spinal decompression from Aerial inversion suspension asanas feels really good. It’s like the spine has room to expand and breathe. The hammock help to support you in Headstand, Handstand, Downward Dog, Dolphin, etc. So the pressure felt on the spine is much less, and the result is more fluidity of movement, flexibility, and decompression of the spine.
$10 DROP IN – INTRO TO HOT YOGA
This is a 75 minutes heart felt practice – designed for beginners. We focus on basic postures, body alignment through different styles of yoga such as Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Flow. Class will be lead at a slower pace. Included with Cary Hot Yoga’s Membership.
YINYASA FLOW with JAIME
Get the best of Yin and Yang. Start out with a sacred space of 5 minutes of meditation, move to Yang of Flow moving through Sun A/B (some classes Sun C) to 20-30 minutes of Yin and Final Rest.
Yin is static stretching and holding mostly seated poses longer to get into connective tissue and fascia. Retrain your Brain. You are also practicing mindfulness on the mat during yang and yin…
SUNDAY from 5PM – 6PM
GENTLE WARM FLOW with JESSICA
Recharge, restore and reconnect the body, mind and soul with Jessica’s slow, burn flow! Jessica’s flow class combines the elements of slow flow vinyasa, restorative yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation in a warm room set to music. You will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength and stamina.

LADIES NIGHT OUT – BEGINNER AERIAL YOGA
Have fun with friends while learning basics of Aerial Yoga.
This class is a chance for adventurous women to get together for a fun-filled workshop where we explore the basics of aerial silks.

COLLEGE NIGHT OUT – BEGINNER AERIAL YOGA
Before heading out to town for a fun College Night Out, make your first stop at Cary Hot Yoga for a one hour of Beginner Aerial Yoga.
PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS
Beginners can avoid feeling overwhelmed and uncomfortable by taking private lessons to get started. Injuries and health concerns can make a normal yoga class impractical for some participants.
