COLLEGE NIGHT OUT – BEGINNER AERIAL YOGA
Going out is one of the best parts of college. It doesn’t matter the day of the week, time of year or the occasion, going out is a huge part of a lot of students’ college experiences.
Before heading out to town, start your first stop at Cary Hot Yoga for a one hour of fun with Beginner Aerial Yoga. This class is a chance for adventurous young adults to get together for a fun-filled workshop where we explore the basics of aerial yoga. We will introduce you and your friends to hip hangs, rib hang, back straddle, how to step in and out of the hammock.
No need for a background in aerial yoga, this is a workshop accessible to people of all athletic levels and is meant to inspire, and empower ladies of all ages to find their true self without judgement.

Space is limited.
Duration: 75 minutes class time
Must present a valid college ID when check in.
Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before class
This is not a private class. You must have a minimum of Three in a group. We can combine other groups within one session. A maximum of 12 for one session.
