INTERMEDIATE AERIAL YOGA WORKSHOP
This is a 90 minutes workshop style. :
• A strong warm up following by overall strengthening poses and ab work:
• More advanced aerial yoga poses (try each one while being spotted)
• Single point hammocks where you’ll have the opportunity to try small drops, dives and flips!
We’ll start with a strong warm up followed by strengtheners and an ab work. Then we’ll go over some advanced poses from aerial yoga. You’ll have the chance to try each one while being spotted. Lastly we’ll move to the single point hammocks where we’ll try small drops, dives, and flips!
PREREQUISITES: MUST HAVE TAKEN INTRO TO AERIAL YOGA BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THIS WORKSHOP or TAKEN A MINIMUM OF 6-10 AERIAL YOGA CLASSES. STRONG ARMS AND UPPER BODY STRENGTH.
