JUNE EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
Ever dream of running away with the circus? Or just wish you could be as strong as them? This class is going to pull the curtain behind some training methods that cirque performers use to increase their strength, flexibility, body control, and stamina. Using slings, silks, barre, hula hoops and the floor, we’ll explore various ways to tone and condition while also having fun. If you’re looking for something new, this is a great way to explore aerial apparatuses and challenge yourself while also coming away with picture-worthy moments that will impress your friends.
Come join us in the air with this creative and fun alternative for physical fitness. Anyone can do it and no experience is required. Our trained instructors will teach you everything you need to know in order to enjoy a safe and satisfying work out. Aerial skills are built progressively from week to week. It is best to participate in the full series.
