February – Month of Love & Romance
February is known as the month of love. A time to celebrate the most powerful source in the world – LOVE. Prema is a Sanskrit word for Love, capital L. It is Love from, through, and of the Divine. It is the heart wisdom, fierce grace, compassionate and courageous backbone of a Love that is Universal rather than dualistic. All beings are worthy of and have access to this type of Love. Prema is the Love of holding space, free of choosing sides to avoid perpetuating blame and disassociating pain, for the sake of everyone’s dignity and equanimity.
For the month of February, work on cultivating Space Love, which is available to us all no matter where we are or what our conditions might currently be. Prema, in the yogic and Bhakti philosophies, promises to demagnetize us from further chaos or war, to elevate our inner and outer atmospheres, and to create miraculous shifts on this planet. Hold space for invisible magic and keep believing in it. No one even has to know you are doing it. It is possible to Love others from afar and to humbly continue to believe in it.

Meet at the studio then we will drive to location.
Class include gentle QiGong and Yoga stretch plus a 30 to 40 minutes speed walk.
WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
If you are motivated to lose weight and improve your health then integrate 60-minute or 90 minutes of hot yoga (Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Pilates, Restorative, Aerial Yoga) at least 4+ days per week. Make sure to couple your practice with a natural diet, positive habits, and more for optimal results.
