HOT POWER VINYASA FLOW – MONDAY 4:30PM-5:30PM
60 minutes – Beginner-Advanced
The Hot Vinyasa is a powerful, physically challenging class that connects postures through vinyasa. This class connects the breath with movement and is not a set sequence of postures so it will vary from class to class. This class is also led in our heated room (about 95F). This heated practice allows students to move deep into the postures and detoxify the body. The class begins with sun salutations, then integrates standing, balancing postures and ends with a floor series. Advanced variations are taught along with modifications.
Suitable for All levels (Beginners to Advanced Yogis) – Modifications are included in instruction.

WARM GENTLE FLOW – WEDNESDAY 4:30PM-5:30PM
60 min Beginner-Advanced
Perfect class for beginners or experienced yogi’s who are looking to slow it down a bit. Another great option if you’re new to hot yoga.

Focus on breathing techniques
While geared towards beginners, experienced yogis can improve alignment in poses
WARM VINYASA FLOW – TUESDAY & THURSDAY 5:30PM-6:30PM
Our Warm Vinyasa Flow class was designed with the intention of offering a middle-ground between our suber-sweaty, heated Bikram or vinyasa and our non-heated flow class by setting temperature to a comfortably warm 75-80 degrees. You can expect all of the same elements that you receive in our other signature Flow classes- an inventive and vigorous flowing of postures guided by deep and steady breath, along with the added ingredient of a glistening, purifying sweat. This delicious and energizing practice will of course end with a blissful savasana to soak in all the benefits of the practice.
DYNAMIC POWER VINYASA FLOW – FRIDAY 6:45PM-7:45PM
60 Minute DYNAMIC POWER VINYASA FLOW YOGA WORKOUT FOR TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Expect to sweat and to find that edge, where you work to limit of your capacity. Look over the other side to where you want to be in the future. We will do heating warriors, strengthening arm balances, deep stretches and some inversions. The class focuses on the use of breath with each posture and flow and you’ll finish feeling worked and relaxed.
