Stability & Fundamental: 26 Postures, Two Sets and two Breathing Exercises.
This series is based on traditional hot yoga and consists of 26 fundamental postures from Bishnu Ghosh’s 84 Asanas and teach via Bikram’s Method. This sequence offers beginner and advanced students alike the opportunity to explore both standing and floor postures, building flexibility and strength in both body and mind. Consistent and intelligently aligned practice will help bring an over-all sense of calmness into all areas of your life.
The 26 postures systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all system to a healthy working order. Just like the Earth element, the Bikram series represent stability and fundamental yoga principal for beginners. The order of the asanas never changes. The postures are performed in the heated room up to 104°F with a humidity of 40%. Hot-90 class is the classic sequence with 26 postures and two breathing exercises at the beginning and at the end of the practice. The series requires 90 minutes in duration.
All classes are taught by Bikram’s certified instructors.

Bikram Yoga 90

BIKRAM-60 is choreographed from the same postures as the Bikram-90 minute class, but moves at a quicker flow and has a lot less rest. As a result of the faster pace, there are increased cardio-vascular benefits.
The Bikram-60 class has been tested in several yoga communities around the nation. The 60-minute class is less intimidating for newer students. It is also great for busy folks who want an effective and shorter yoga class for the same benefits.

Bikram Yoga 90

Hot Vinyasa flow
Hot Vinyasa Flow is a unique grouping of postures connected by breath. This class provides a total body workout as every muscle group is touched. What separates Hot Vinyasa Flow from the other flow classes is that no class is ever exactly the same. Muscle confusion and exposure to lots of different kinds of postures furthers the skill set of the practice as well as allows for creativity of flow. All levels of this class are offered but every class at every level is shown modifications as well as ways to go further and deeper. Not only is Hot Flow challenging but also fun! It will change your body from the inside out. This series is performed in a room at 104 degrees F and 40% humidity with 90 minutes duration.
