Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

We all can agree that we are living in interesting times. Where many yoga studios are widening their offerings to satisfy the needs of their total health minded customers, more and more yoga teachers are growing and expanding their knowledge, practice and teacher certifications. To excel in our profession, we need to broaden and grow our skill set to meet the ever changing student and studio goals.

In the last couple of years, Aerial Yoga has become very popular. Aerial Yoga is a natural extension to students and yoga teacher’s skill set. Many studios are now expanding and including silk and hammock yoga on their regular yoga schedule.
